Carcharodon carcharias, Charleston SC, 1 3/8”
This an upper anterior tooth from a prehistoric Great White, Carcharodon carcharias. This tooth dates from the Pliocene epoch, between 3 and 5 million years ago.
All of my fossils are personally collected from the Charleston, SC area and are completely natural, with no repair or restoration.
